Our story

Sukoon means stillness — the feeling we want every guest to carry out the door. We bring the warmth of Yemeni coffee culture to Albuquerque through slow-brewed coffee, Arabic delights, and an open table.
Our beans begin in Yemen and are roasted in small batches right here in Albuquerque. Every cup is a bridge between a deep tradition and the community we call home.
